Celebrate your birthday with a tinkerbox arty party!
Our fun-filled parties are designed for children aged 6 to 14 years, with a range of exciting creative activities to choose from. We take care of all the materials, art smocks and activities - all you need to bring is the cake!
Our parties run for 90 minutes and are hosted by passionate and enthusiastic art teachers. You are welcome to drop off your child during this time.
The cost of a TinkerBox party is $340 for up to 10 children and an additional $15 per child over that (we can comfortably accommodate up to 16 children in the studio). We don’t provide food, but we have a kitchen with a fridge and oven so you can store and heat up snacks if you like. We provide all art materials and also put together little lolly bags for your guests. We also provide cutlery, plates, cups and napkins

cupcakes ages 6+
These delicious looking artworks are made using all kinds of fun materials! We’ll get stuck into acrylic paint, glitter markers, posca pens and washi tape - all the fun things! Children are encouraged to experiment and get creative! Everyone will leave with a bright cupcake they can display proudly at home!
cleopatra cats ages 8+
These lush, inky Egyptian Cat pictures are so much fun to make! Children will learn how to draw and design their own unique cat then bring them to life with acrylic markers, liquid ink and rich gold paint.

Create a beautiful ocean wave using acrylic paint on canvas! In this fun party project children can work away on their own easels while they learn a little about different painting techniques, colour blending and mixing.

These cute kitties are so much fun to make! We use all sorts of interesting materials to create these happy art works including acrylic paints, oil pastels, glitter markers and collage papers. Children are encouraged to experiment and get creative! Everyone will leave with a cat artwork they can display proudly at home!

Young artists love painting their own rainbow masterpieces on canvas!
Children will have an opportunity to work with acrylic paints on their own easels while we take them step by step through this colourful painting. We encourage kids to express themselves and have loads of fun along the way!

Make some funky inky jellyfish!
Young artists will love using bright liquid inks and oil pastels to bring their own flair to these mixed media underwater paintings. This party project is messy, hands on, and loads of fun!

Paint your own dreamy sunset using acrylic paint on canvas! In this fun painting party, children can work away on their own easels while trying their hand at different painting techniques, colour blending and mixing.

HAPPY TURTLES ages 6+
Create a friendly turtle using oil pastels, watercolour paints and inks! Together we will learn how to paint and design our turtles so they pop right out of their inky blue oceans.

These magical unicorns are always very popular at TinkerBox! We’ll guide kids through the basic drawing, then encourage our young artists to give their beautiful unicorns personalities of their own!
